These terms and conditions apply to the Sonic marketing activation “Guess the weight of the Sonic 85 mm wrench” at SOLUTRANS 2025 in Lyon (hereinafter: “the promotion”).
1. Summary of the promotion
Visitors to the Sonic stand at SOLUTRANS 2025 can join the “Guess the weight” promotion. By registering their details and submitting their guess of the weight of the Sonic 85 mm wrench, participants have a chance to win the grand prize: a Sonic Tool Bag Advanced 112-piece set.
To take part, visitors must fill in their contact details and weight guess through the online or paper form available at the stand.
Each visitor may participate only once. A Sonic host may refuse participation if a visitor attempts to join more than once.
Participation is free of charge, except for any costs related to internet access or communication.
2. Participation
Participation is open to persons aged 18 and older who visit the Sonic stand at SOLUTRANS 2025 in Lyon.
To participate, visitors must fill in their name, email address, and weight guess by scanning the QR code or completing the form at the stand. By doing so, they automatically subscribe to the Sonic newsletter and must confirm their subscription through a double opt-in.
Participation is only valid if the form is fully completed and submitted during the event.
3. Promotion period
The promotion takes place from 18 November 2025 until 22 November 2025, during the SOLUTRANS 2025 trade show in Lyon.
Entries are valid only if submitted during this period.
The winner will be selected and contacted by email after the trade show.
4. Prizes and draw
Grand prize: one Sonic Tool Bag Advanced 112-piece set.
After the end of SOLUTRANS 2025, Sonic will determine which participant’s guess was closest to the actual weight of the Sonic 85 mm wrench. If multiple participants submit the same winning guess, a random draw will decide the winner among those entries.
The winner will be contacted by email. The grand prize will not be handed out immediately at the stand. Sonic will arrange a delivery appointment.
The prize is personal, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Privacy
By participating, entrants consent to Sonic collecting and processing their personal details in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Sonic will use the information provided to contact participants about relevant products and services. Participants can unsubscribe from these communications at any time.

6. Other provisions
Sonic reserves the right to modify or end the promotion at any time if circumstances require, without being liable for any compensation.
Incomplete or incorrect entries may be declared invalid.
Any taxes, levies, or additional costs related to the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
Sonic is not liable for any damage, direct or indirect, resulting from participation in the promotion unless caused by intent or gross negligence on the part of Sonic.
